Support ERROR: File not found
I have downloaded the up date and got to enjoy the same message over and over and over again.
ERROR: File not found.
There should be a folder labeled Scrolls_Data next to the executable.
See the problem with this message is that it should be a simple fix. Find the executable and add the file. After going to the scrolls folder in my appdata/locallow/mojang/scrolls and there is nothing there. I have four files, 2 folders, 2 files. CardImagePrevie, download-data, config, login.
Scrolls ran perfectly fine yesterday before the patch.
Okay, after doing another seach I also found a scrolls file in my Local folder. This seems to be the one the game pulls from. After going to the game folder in it I found the .exe and the folder next to it labeled Scrolls_data.
So it has everything it needs, but even starting it from inside the folder results in the same error message. I do not understand what is broken so any information would be helpful.
I am supposed to be streaming but that won't happen till this problem is fixed.
Edit: Okay, I just fixed it. I noticed there was a zip file labeled game in my folder. I unpacked and merged the folders where needed and now it runs.
