Support Server i/o error message and disconnects
Hi there,
So sometimes I get booted from a game. I know you are working on re-connect feature but in the meantime this is quite frustrating if I am in a judgement game. Like most recently razcrux vs Peteos I got a weird "server io error, blabla numbers" and then was sent to the login screen.
Other times the turn counter will count to zero but at a certain point it just stops reacting. I click to play a scroll but it never leaves my hand, or a sac a scroll to draw two more but it never gets drawn. This "game just stops responding" issue could even happen on my opponents turn. I see them playing and then they stop playing and their counter goes to zero but it never becomes my turn.
When I eventually quit and rejoin, I always see that I am the one who lost, so I think its just a data loss, connection loss or some other kind of issue.
I am on a MacBook Pro, latest OSX. Maxed out Ram and Solidstate HD.
I know it's a long shot, but is there any kind of compensation possible for disconnected judgement games? Getting forced-losses in judgement is rough since you really don't want to lose games to connection problems (especially the first of your series when you thought you were winning game 1!).
Thanks for your time and support, great game! Just a shame I get booted...
