News and Announcements New Scrollsguide Features
Good day my fellow Scrolldiers,
Over the past week or so kbasten and levela have been hard at work coding some new features for you to use and enjoy.
First up we have Scrollsguide's pricing guide. This has been made in response to the sad news that the website scrollspost is shutting down. The site became popular through its deck builder, game replays and its ability to keep track of the prices that scrolls were being bought and sold for. We are doing our best to implement the features that they had on there an improve our own to make up for this, the pricing guide is the first step in this process.
Next we move on to the Judgement simulator. Up until now you had to pay 1000 gold or 120 shards to draft a deck, now you can do so for free using our sim. Using it you can either practice drafting normally by using Standard Judgement or alternatively you can try our Experimental Judgement. This has been set up with the intention of being changed through recommendations from the community in order to test new ideas and see if we can make any improvements to the format. At the moment following a few suggestions it currently differs from regular judgement by having 50 rows instead of the normal 45. You wont get repeated scrolls on the same row (something which should definitely be in the regular one). You can see a total of 4 rows at a time instead of the usual 3. Rows are grouped by rarity and structured. The first row contains only rare scrolls, the second, third and fourth row then contains only commons. There is then a row of Uncommons followed by 2 rows of commons, then another row of Uncommons and lastly 2 more rows of commons. This Pattern is then repeated across all 50 scrolls resulting in 5 rows of rares, 10 rows of uncommons and 35 rows of commons. To make things clearer it is structured like this (R=Rare, U=Uncommon, C=Common)
Lastly with regards to the simulator, you can save your drafts seed and share it with other people. This will mean that others will be able to draft with the same pool of scrolls that you have. Think you could draft better than others, then draft the same seed and compare to see who did better. You can share your drafts and seeds on this thread here.
Finally there is a new website about. Theyseemescrollin.com is a great new website run by our very own Seemescrollin. Its still in its early days however at the moment it has some great stuff on there, namely being able to save decks and get them rated by other people. Think you have a good deck? Post your deck on the website and get it rated to see what other people think.
That just about covers everything I think, until next time.
